Lil Nourish Co. is an online store and brand operated by Avador Business Group Inc., a New York corporation (“Avador,” “Lil Nourish Co.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Avador Business Group Inc. is the legal entity operating this website and online store and receiving payments for purchases made through the store.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Lil Nourish Co. website, content, services, and purchases through our online store.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them.

About Lil Nourish Co.

Lil Nourish Co. provides access to thoughtfully selected children's products, including dietary supplements, nutrition products, feeding products, personal-care products, and other children's essentials.

Products are sourced in the US through brands and reputable distribution channels and are sold and shipped internationally to customers in India and other locations we may serve.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Avador Business Group Inc. and Lil Nourish Co. are independent retailers and are not the manufacturers of third-party branded products offered through the store.

U.S. Seller

Products purchased through Lil Nourish Co. are sold by Avador Business Group Inc. in the US and shipped internationally to the customer.

For personal-use orders delivered to India, Avador Business Group Inc. and Lil Nourish Co. do not act as the customer's importer of record, customs broker, customs agent, or representative before Indian Customs.

Products and Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful product information, including descriptions, ingredients, serving information, age guidance, images, warnings, and other product details.

Manufacturers may change formulations, ingredients, packaging, labels, serving sizes, directions, warnings, product appearance, or other information without prior notice.

Product images are provided for reference, and packaging received may differ from images displayed on our website.

The physical product label and packaging received should always be considered the most current source of product information. Customers should review the product label, ingredients, directions, warnings, age guidance, and other applicable information before use.

These classifications do not constitute individualized medical recommendations and should not be interpreted as a representation that a particular product is appropriate for every child within an age group or for a particular health need.

Ingredients, Allergies and Sensitivities

Customers are responsible for reviewing the current product label, ingredient list, allergen information, dietary information, warnings, and directions before use.

Product Use

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing and inventory information is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur.

Where legally permitted, we reserve the right to correct pricing, description, inventory, or other errors and to cancel or refund an affected order.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted, processed, or shipped.

We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary and legally permitted, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order due to inventory availability, payment issues, suspected fraud, regulatory or shipping restrictions, obvious pricing or listing errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

We may also limit or cancel orders where quantities, ordering patterns, or other circumstances reasonably indicate that products are being purchased for commercial resale rather than personal or household use.

If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel before shipment, the applicable amount will be refunded according to our payment and refund procedures.

Payments

Payments for purchases made through Lil Nourish Co. are received and processed for the store by Avador Business Group Inc.

Customers may therefore see Avador Business Group Inc. identified in connection with a payment, transaction, payment instruction, receipt, bank record, or payment confirmation relating to a Lil Nourish Co. purchase.

Orders must be paid using payment methods made available during checkout.

For manual payment methods, including UPI where offered, an order may not be processed until payment has been received and verified.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct order or payment reference when requested.

We will never request a UPI PIN, banking password, card PIN, or one-time password in order to verify an order.

Personal-Use Imports into India

Orders shipped from the US to customers in India through Lil Nourish Co. are intended solely for the customer's personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

By placing an order for delivery to India, the customer represents that:

the products are being purchased for personal or household use;
the products are not being purchased for commercial resale;
the quantities ordered are reasonably consistent with personal or household use; and
the customer or identified recipient is the intended consignee of the shipment.

The customs classification, admissibility, valuation, assessment, examination, release, and treatment of any shipment remain subject to determination by Indian Customs and other applicable governmental authorities.

Nothing on the Lil Nourish Co. website constitutes a guarantee that a particular shipment will receive a particular customs classification or treatment.

Customer as Consignee and Importer

For personal-use orders delivered to India, the customer/recipient is the consignee and importer of the shipment in India.

Neither Avador Business Group Inc. nor Lil Nourish Co. acts as the importer of record in India for these customer shipments.

By placing an order for delivery to India, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the applicable international courier, customs broker, logistics provider, or its authorized representative may perform customs-clearance activities on the customer's behalf as permitted by applicable law.

The courier or its authorized customs-clearance provider may contact the customer directly to obtain authorization, identification, Know Your Customer (“KYC”) documentation, declarations, or other information necessary to clear and deliver the customer's shipment.

Customer KYC and Customs Requirements

The customer is responsible for promptly providing the authorized courier or its customs-clearance provider with accurate KYC information, identification, authorization, and other documentation reasonably required for customs clearance.

The particular information or documentation required is determined by the courier, customs authorities, and applicable requirements in effect at the time of import.

Customers should provide KYC documentation only through legitimate channels provided by the authorized courier or its authorized customs-clearance provider.

Lil Nourish Co. does not require customers to provide customs KYC documentation directly to us when that information is being collected by the courier for customs clearance.

The customer is responsible for responding to legitimate requests from the courier, customs broker, logistics provider, or customs authorities concerning the customer's shipment.

Failure to Complete KYC or Customs Requirements

If the customer:

does not provide required KYC documentation;
provides incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent information;
does not provide required authorization;
does not respond to legitimate courier or customs requests;
refuses to cooperate with customs clearance; or
otherwise prevents the shipment from being cleared or delivered,

the shipment may be delayed, held, returned, abandoned, destroyed, or otherwise handled according to applicable courier and customs procedures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avador Business Group Inc., Lil Nourish Co., and their respective owners, officers, employees, and operators do not assume the customer's obligations or liabilities as importer or consignee in India and are not responsible for delays, storage charges, return charges, penalties, abandonment, destruction, losses, or other consequences resulting from the customer's failure to satisfy requirements imposed upon the customer as importer or consignee.

Duty-Paid Delivery

Orders delivered to India are shipped on a duty-paid basis where expressly stated at checkout.

Where duty-paid delivery applies, Avador Business Group Inc. or its shipping/logistics provider may arrange or prepay ordinary customs duties and import taxes associated with the shipment.

Payment or prepayment of customs duties and taxes does not make Avador Business Group Inc. or Lil Nourish Co. the importer of record in India.

The customer remains the consignee/importer of the personal-use shipment.

Additional charges resulting from circumstances outside the ordinary import process—including incorrect customer information, failure to complete KYC, storage caused by customer delay, redelivery, penalties attributable to the customer, or other exceptional circumstances—may not be included in duty-paid delivery.

Customs Classification and Import Clearance

International shipments remain subject to applicable customs laws, procedures, restrictions, and governmental requirements at the destination.

Indian Customs and other applicable authorities retain authority over the classification, valuation, admissibility, examination, assessment, clearance, and release of shipments.

Avador Business Group Inc. and Lil Nourish Co. may provide product descriptions, values, shipment information, and other documentation reasonably necessary for transportation and customs processing.

Neither Avador Business Group Inc. nor Lil Nourish Co. guarantees that a particular shipment will receive a particular customs classification, customs treatment, or clearance decision.

The availability of a product for purchase on the Lil Nourish Co. website does not constitute a representation that the product may lawfully be imported by every customer under every circumstance.

No Commercial Resale

Products purchased through the Lil Nourish Co. consumer website for delivery to India are intended for personal and household use only.

Customers may not use the Lil Nourish Co. consumer checkout to purchase products for commercial importation, wholesale distribution, or resale.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order where quantities, purchasing patterns, or other circumstances reasonably indicate that an order may be intended for commercial resale.

Allocation of Import Responsibility

For personal-use shipments to India:

Avador Business Group Inc. / Lil Nourish Co.:

acts as the U.S. seller;
arranges international shipment;
may arrange or prepay ordinary customs duties and import taxes as part of duty-paid delivery;
provides shipment and product information reasonably required for transportation and customs processing; and
does not act as the customer's importer of record in India.

The customer/recipient:

purchases the products for personal or household use;
is the consignee/importer of the shipment in India;
is responsible for providing required KYC and consignee information;
is responsible for providing any authorization required for the courier or its authorized representative to perform customs-clearance activities on the customer's behalf;
is responsible for cooperating with legitimate customs and courier requirements; and
is responsible for obligations imposed specifically upon the customer in the customer's capacity as importer or consignee.

The fact that Avador Business Group Inc. arranges transportation or duty-paid delivery does not transfer the customer's status or responsibilities as consignee/importer to Avador Business Group Inc., Lil Nourish Co., or their respective owners or operators.

Indian Import and Customs Responsibility

They are not responsible for the customer's KYC compliance, customer-specific importer declarations, customer-specific import eligibility, failure to provide required documentation, or failure to comply with requirements imposed directly upon the customer by Indian Customs, the courier, customs-clearance provider, or another governmental authority.

They are also not responsible, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for delays, holds, inspections, governmental decisions, customs assessments, clearance decisions, seizures, refusals, or other actions taken by customs or governmental authorities that are outside their reasonable control and are not caused by their own legally actionable acts or omissions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery timeframes displayed on our website, at checkout, or in order communications are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

International delivery may be affected by courier operations, customs clearance, KYC verification, governmental or regulatory review, weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient names, shipping addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and other information reasonably required for international transportation and customs clearance.

Customers should monitor tracking information and respond promptly to legitimate communications from the courier relating to customs clearance or delivery.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment cannot be delivered because the customer refuses delivery, fails to complete KYC, fails to provide required authorization, provides incorrect recipient or address information, fails to respond to the courier, or otherwise fails to satisfy a requirement imposed upon the customer as consignee/importer, the shipment may be returned, held, abandoned, or otherwise handled according to applicable courier and customs procedures.

Refund or reshipment eligibility in these circumstances will be determined under our No Returns & Refund Policy, subject to applicable rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, costs arising because of the customer's failure to satisfy importer, customs, KYC, or delivery obligations may be deducted from or excluded from an otherwise available refund.

Returns and Refunds

Because many products sold through Lil Nourish Co. include dietary supplements, nutrition products, personal-care products, feeding products, and other children's products, return eligibility may be restricted for safety, hygiene, product-integrity, or other legitimate reasons.

Purchases are subject to our No Returns & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Third-Party Products and Brands

Lil Nourish Co. offers products manufactured by third-party brands.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, references to third-party brands, trademarks, product names, or manufacturers do not mean that Avador Business Group Inc. or Lil Nourish Co. is the manufacturer, owner, or exclusive representative of those brands.

Third-party trademarks, product names, photographs, packaging, logos, and other proprietary materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Intellectual Property

The Lil Nourish Co. name, branding, original website content, graphics, design elements, and other proprietary materials belonging to us may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants customers ownership of intellectual property belonging to Avador Business Group Inc., Lil Nourish Co., or third parties.

Website Availability and Errors

We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, correct, or update website content, features, products, prices, or services when reasonably necessary.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Avador Business Group Inc., Lil Nourish Co., and their respective owners, officers, employees, and operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, Services, or circumstances outside their reasonable control.

With respect to international shipments, this includes, to the extent permitted by applicable law, consequences arising from customs or governmental actions, customer KYC failures, customer-provided information, or obligations imposed directly upon the customer as importer or consignee.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies liability, statutory warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Privacy

Our collection, use, processing, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

Customers should provide customs KYC documentation directly to the authorized courier or its authorized customs-clearance provider when requested rather than sending sensitive KYC documentation to Lil Nourish Co., unless we specifically request information for a lawful and necessary purpose.

Other Store Policies

Our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, No Returns & Refund Policy, and Your Privacy Choices, together with other terms or notices presented during checkout, form part of the terms applicable to use of the Lil Nourish Co. store and purchases through it.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our business, products, services, shipping arrangements, policies, or applicable requirements.

The current version will be posted on our website together with the latest revision date.
